Booking terms and conditions

Please give 5 days notice were possible

Please complete and email a booking form to: info@exquisine.co.uk

Once booking is received, a confirmation email will be sent
An invoice will be sent 2 days prior to booking date

Deposit

30% of the total balance cost is required as a deposit at time of booking corporate clients please call our office for further information.

Full balance required 7 days before your event date

Payments accepted

• Personal or Business Cheque
• Credit Card/Debit card with guarantee card where applicable.
• Cash

Cancellation

•Any changes made more than 48 hours in advance of the booking date will incur charge of 30%

•Any changes or cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the booking date such as reducing numbers will incur the full charge.

•A full cancellation more than 48 hours prior to booking date will incur a minimum 30% charge of the full booking fee

•A full cancellation less than 48 hours prior to booking date will be charged in full.
